If there is a rapture on Trumpets 2000, these are some significant day counts to think about:
30 days later, Oct. 31st, 2000, Halloween --Satan's pagan coming out
day.
1290 days from the rapture, April 11th, 2004, Passover --Satan will
claim he's god. (abomination)
1260 days later, The Day of Atonement, 2007, --Satan will be defeated.
1335 days from the abomination, Hannukah, 2007 --The day to rededicate
the temple.
Many people, in many different websites, are greatly anticipating and watching and waiting for the rapture to occur on the Feast of Trumpets on Sept. 29-30, 2000. Not only is it 2000 years from Christ's birth, but the end of 6000 years since creation on the Jewish calandar, the end of the year 5760. There are tons of scriptural reasons and arguments pointing to this being the time, from 120 days of man x 50 jubilees = 6000.. to the 33rd year from 1967 when Isreal sprouted leaves, leaving 40 years to 2007. There's the start of the "third day" and end of the "six days" and the many thoughts on why 5760 is a special number found in the dimenstions of New Jerusalem as a gold cube.
If the rapture is supposed to happen on Trumpets, and the Day of Atonement is the day of Satan's defeat and the end of the 7 year tribulation, which we know to be 1260 x 2 days long... I assumed that Daniel's day counts that were different than 1260 days would shed some light on things. I had read before, I think in Jewish legend or something, that they should point to exact festival days--I thought that was just a theory...
There is not 1260 x 2 days between Trumpets on 2000 and Atonement in 2007. There is an extra 30 days in there.
So, I began to look at some possible day counts, since the Bible gives us a couple of these to think about, 1290 days, and 1335 days. --one of these being 30 days longer than we might otherwise expect. 1290 vs. 1260.
[Dan 12:11] And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and [until] the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days.
What is the "daily sacrifice taken away" in Dan 12:11, if we believe we will be taken away in the pre tribulation rapture?
[Rom 12:1] I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye **present your bodies a living sacrifice**, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
Since we know that the abomination of desolation is the mid point, then there must be 1290 days after the rapture, when the daily sacrifice of our bodies as a living sacrifice are taken away, until the time that the AntiChrist sits in the temple and declares that he is God. 2 Thess 2.
Right after, we have the 1335 day verse:
[Dan 12:12] Blessed is he that waiteth, and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days.
The 1260 days/42 months/3.5 years are in several scriptures in Daniel and Revelation, and make up the 7 year tribulation, with the abomination of desolation at the mid point.
Using this as our guide, here is how it all works out.
If the rapture is on Sept. 29-30, then 30 days later, the Antichrist will come out of the closet on Halloween, Oct. 31st, to confirm the covenant with many, and start the 7 year tribulation, and the 2520 days, begining a 1260 day coundown to the abomination of desolation. With a total of 1290 days after the rapture until the abomination. This 30 days seems just long enough to allow for the gog/magog war of Ezekiel 38, 39, which, if it is claimed to be "Armageddon" might give the antichrist some credibility and power of deception if he claims to be responsible for the supernatural destruction of the armies coming against Isreal.
1260 days later is April 11th, 2004, or passover, when the antichrist will sit in the temple and declare himself to be god.
1260 days after the abomination, is the Day of Atonement on 2007. This is when the Antichrist is supposed to be defeated once and for all.
1335 days after the abomination of desolation lands right on Hannuka, the time to rededicate the new temple.
In conclusion, if the rapture is on Sept. 29-30, four other festivals will be fulfilled, right on their predicted day, except for Halloween, which will be one day off.
30 days later, Oct. 31st, 2000, Halloween --Satan's pagan coming out
day.
1290 days from the rapture, April 11th, 2004, Passover --When Satan
claims he's god
1260 days later, The Day of Atonement, 2007, --When Satan will be defeated.
1335 days from the abomination, Hannukah, 2007 --The day to rededicate
the temple.
I'm sure that on Tabernacles, after the Day of Atonement, 2007, will be fulfilled as well, I just don't know of any "day counts" given in prophesy that point to it. Daniel's two, 1290 and 1335 apparantly are sufficient?
If there are people out there who can check my math and my dates, I'd be very grateful. Also, if there are people who can easily run "date time counts" like this on software, and can check if similar day counts starting from the feast of trumpets on any other year in either direction 20 year earlier or later... that would be helpful as well, to determine if this year really has the extra significance of these date fulfillments pointing to this year being the year of the rapture.

Finally, if this is new information that may cause people to want to repent and accept the Lord Jesus Christ as their savior, here is my statement of faith, and salvation message from the King James Bible:
[Rom 5:8] But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were
yet sinners, Christ died for us.
[1John 1:8] If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and
the truth is not in us.
[1John 1:9] If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive
us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
[Rom 10:9] That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus,
and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead,
thou shalt be saved.
[Rom 10:10] For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and
with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
[Mat 10:32] Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will
I confess also before my Father which is in heaven.
