Feast of Trumpets in Scripture

[1Cor 15:46] Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is
spiritual.

[Col 2:16] Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday [festival], or of the new moon,
or of the sabbath days:
[Col 2:17] Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.

[Lev 23:24] Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall ye
have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation.
[Lev 23:25] Ye shall do no servile work therein: but ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD.

[Num 29:1] And in the seventh month, on the first day of the month, ye shall have an holy convocation; ye shall
do no servile work: it is a day of blowing the trumpets unto you.

[Pss 81:3] Blow up the trumpet in the new moon, in the time appointed, on our solemn feast day.  KJV

[Num 10:10] On the day of your gladness also, and at your appointed feasts, and at the beginnings of your months,
you shall blow the trumpets over your burnt offerings and over the sacrifices of your peace offerings; they
shall serve you for remembrance/memorial before your God: I am the LORD your God."

[Num 10:2] Make thee two trumpets of silver; of a whole piece shalt thou make them: that thou mayest use them
for the calling of the assembly, and for the journeying of the camps.

[Num 10:3] And when they shall blow with them, all the assembly shall assemble themselves to thee at the door
of the tabernacle of the congregation.

[Neh 8:1] And all the people gathered themselves together as one man into the street that was before the water
gate; and they spake unto Ezra the scribe to bring the book of the law of Moses, which the LORD had
commanded to Israel.

[Neh 8:2] And Ezra the priest brought the law before the congregation both of men and women, and all that could
hear with understanding, upon the first day of the seventh month.

[Neh 8:3] And he read therein before the street that was before the water gate from the morning until midday,
before the men and the women, and those that could understand; and the ears of all the people were attentive unto
the book of the law.

[Ezek 46:1] "Thus says the Lord GOD: The gate of the inner court that faces east shall be shut on the six working
days; but on the sabbath day it shall be opened and on the day of the new moon it shall be opened.

[Mat 25:10] And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the
marriage: and the door was shut.

[Rev 3:8] I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou
hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.

[Pss 118:20] This gate of the LORD, into which the righteous shall enter.

[Isa 26:19] Thy dead men shall live, together with my dead body shall they arise. Awake and
sing, ye that dwell in dust: for thy dew is as the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out the
dead.
[Isa 26:20] Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee:
hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast.
[Isa 26:21] For, behold, the LORD cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the
earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.

[Luke 13:24] Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.

[Pss 27:4] One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the
LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple.
[Pss 27:5] For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me;
he shall set me up upon a rock.

[John 14:2.3] In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare
a place for you.
[John 14:3] And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I
am, there ye may be also.

[Rev 21:2] And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a
bride adorned for her husband.

[Rev 21:3] And I heard a great voice out of heaven [great trumpet?] saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.

[Rev 21:9] And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last
plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb's wife.

[Rev 21:10] And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the
holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God,

Two Main Rapture Verses

[1 Corinthians 15:51] Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
[1 Corinthians 15:52] In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised
incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

[1 Thessalonians 4:16] For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God:
and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
[1 Thessalonians 4:17] Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air:
and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
[1 Thessalonians 4:18] Therefore comfort one another with these words.

[Pss 47:5] God is gone up [ascended] with a shout, the LORD with the sound of a trumpet.

[Pss 98:6] With trumpets and sound of cornet make a joyful noise before the LORD, the King.

[Pss 89:15] Blessed is the people that know the joyful sound: they shall walk, O LORD, in the light of thy countenance.
[Pss 89:17] For thou art the glory of their strength: and in thy favour our horn shall be exalted.

Judgment seat of Christ/Feast of Trumpets

Note the similarities in Neh 8 to the following:

[2Cor 5:10] For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body,
according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.

Judgement seat means, literally, a RAISED PLATFORM

[Rom 14:10] But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the
judgment seat of Christ.

The description of the Judgement seat of Christ is completed in Daniel 7, and Revelation 4 & 5, both of which allude to the rapture,
revelations 4 starting out with it.

This is described as "proof positive" scriptural proof that the rapture will occur on the Feast of Trumpets, because the imagry of the
rehearsals and quotes from this raised platform/judement seat and quotes from the New Testament match up completely.

Apocraphal book feast of trumpet verses:

[Ezra 3:5] And afterward offered the continual burnt offering, both of the new moons, and of all the set feasts of the LORD that
were consecrated, and of every one that willingly offered a freewill offering unto the LORD.
[Ezra 3:6] From the first day of the seventh month began they to offer burnt offerings unto the LORD. But the foundation of the
temple of the LORD was not yet laid.
[Ezra 3:7] They gave money also unto the masons, and to the carpenters; and meat, and drink, and oil, unto them of Zidon, and to
them of Tyre, to bring cedar trees from Lebanon to the sea of Joppa, according to the grant that they had of Cyrus king of Persia.

[1Esdr 9:37] And the priests and Levites, and they that were of Israel, dwelt in Jerusalem, and in the country, in the first day of the seventh month: so the children of Israel were in their habitations.

[1Esdr 9:40] So Esdras the chief priest brought the law unto the whole multitude from man to woman, and to all the priests, to hear law in the first day of the seventh month.

in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, and in the remnant whom the LORD
shall call.

Read daily for 30 days prior to the Feast of Trumpets:

[Pss 27:1] The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

[Pss 27:2] When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell.

[Pss 27:3] Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident.

[Pss 27:4] One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple.

[Pss 27:5] For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock.

[Pss 27:6] And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the LORD.

[Pss 27:7] Hear, O LORD, when I cry with my voice: have mercy also upon me, and answer me.

[Pss 27:8] When thou saidst, Seek ye my face; my heart said unto thee, Thy face, LORD, will I seek.

[Pss 27:9] Hide not thy face far from me; put not thy servant away in anger: thou hast been my help; leave me not, neither forsake me, O God of my salvation.

[Pss 27:10] When my father and my mother forsake me, then the LORD will take me up.

[Pss 27:11] Teach me thy way, O LORD, and lead me in a plain path, because of mine enemies.

[Pss 27:12] Deliver me not over unto the will of mine enemies: for false witnesses are risen up against me, and such as breathe out cruelty.

[Pss 27:13] I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living.

[Pss 27:14] Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.

There is much, much more scriptural imagry that would be fulfilled by a Rapture on the Feast of Trumpets, but all of the imagry in
the New Testament that refers to this Jewish feast is not described in full detail in the Old Testament of the Bible, it is difficult to
know and understand the imagry and symbols surrounding the Feast if you are a Gentile, or Non-Jew.  For example, I do not find
scriptures that say that this is a wedding feast, but the Jews say it is.  Well, from scripture we know that the Rapture is the wedding
of the Church, the Bride, to Christ, the bridegroom.  Further, it is the feast of trumpets that is described when the rapture is said to
happen at the "last trump".  You can find scriptures about the last trump being at the rapture, but there are no scriptures that say the
"last trump" occurs during the "Feast of Trumpets".  So, you have to rely on knowledge outside the Bible, coming from Jewish
tradition.  Of course, if it were not for Jewish counting out the years, and excluding the years of their captivity to arrive at 5760, we
probably would have never seen the significance of this upcoming Holiday.

God Bless the Jews of Isreal!
