"Third day" consists of the following Hebrew letters: "Heh", "Tav", "Lamed", "Tav", "Mem", "Vav", "Yod" Again, multiplying the numeric equivalent of each letter in the phrase "third day" yields a multiple of 5760 (Specifically 5*400*30*400*40*6*10 or 5760000000000), or, if you multiply just the values that matter, 5 x 4 x 3 x 4 x 4 x 6 = 5760 exactly.
